I fundamentally believe that stress, lack of energy, boredom, anger and irritation strikes out/neutralize good energy.
These things are not only present in our minds. They target good energy and neutralize them. This neutralization is what cause chronic burnout, irreparable tiredness and prolonged lack of motivation. In fact I believe that energy is not leached by stress as most people believe. We have enough strength to carry us through the day most times. And when we are exhausted, we rest and get refilled.
So sometimes, it’s not that you are tired, bad energy, striked out your good vibes the way parasite eat up its host.
When the amount of good vibe/energy reduces to tragically low levels, our bodies succumb to stress and we break down.
Most of the time you think:
“I’m tired” no you’re not. Your mind is simply lacking of good vibes that will power your physical strength and will.
So what should you do? Refill your mind. We don’t carry on with physical strength. We carry on with a mind with good energy and vibes.
How do you refill your mind?
1. Read good materials that can release nodes of motivation and strengthen your will.
2. Listen to motivational content that will lift your spirit or good music that can power your mind.
3. Sing: Songs release good vibes. They populate your mind with good energy and empowers you to use available strength.
4. Pray: Discouragement for example is a sign that you are overwhelmed and you allowed bad weeds to run over the soil of your mind. You might simply be dealing with too much than you can handle. Prayers take care of that. When you are discouraged, your strength will be depleted. But prayer induces courage and strengthen your core.
5. Be positive: Positivity is an energy bank. Stay out of negative talks, condition your mind with positive beliefs. Negativity destroys the potential of your mind to hold energy. Negativity tightens or outrightly blocks the muzzle of good energy. It builds nasty plaques. Search around you, negative folks are weak, lack tenacity and cannot stay at anything for long. They are also inconsistent because why should they keep at anything when they know that it will break or not work.
I am tired tonight for example. I couldn’t write or take my mind on a creative stroll. But about two pages of the book I read stirred my mind back to life and virtues started rushing through my mind.
Good content induces the mind to release good energy whichever channel or form it passes. If you didn’t get anything out of this piece.
Get this:
Tiredness or discouragement are not lack of strength or lack of courage. Strength is mostly present, courage is always available too, but we often cannot use them because we are overwhelmed by bad energy that used up our strength and depletes our courage.
Trust me, you are not tired as tired as you think, your body just stopped tapping strength from the mind because of the overwhelming presence of bad energy(vibe)The energy that executes doesn’t come from the muscle or food we eat. It comes from the mind. We execute with the WILL not with muscles.
Worry, anger, lack of motivation takes more energy from people than physical stress and exertion would.
Read that again.
The reason you are tired as you go home from work is not only because you’re stressed. It’s because your good energy is used up, It’s because your boss is annoying and you gave control to your annoyance, your colleague was impossible and a jerk but you got pulled into their insane matrix. It’s because you were careless and joined pointless rants and ramblings, it’s because of your lack of gratitude and clarity, complaints etc. it’s little about how much energy you expended. Please note that I do not mean that work can be draining, I mean refilling is easy if you are merely tired. It’s difficult if the attack came from your mind.
I use this formula every time and it helps me.
I NEVER plan to write anything when I scribbled this piece. I was tired at work and I’m mentally preparing for a big assignment the next day.
But I’m writing in my full capacity and element now because the good energy is more than the bad energy. And even though my body is tired, my mind is supple with brilliance. For example:
There are two types of fats, LDL and HDL
Low density lipoprotein and high density lipoprotein.

The same way, your main enemy is the bad vibe and energy. Not necessarily tiredness because there will always be tasks that demands our time and energy. Being tired is not the problem. The problem is allowing bad vibes to use up (destroy) your motivation to work or be happy.
