There's war between the desire to be robust, healthy looking, and the desire to be fit. On this battlefield is the culture that celebrates chubbiness over leanness and the stark reality of what excess fat mean to all of us.
“If I am fat, I have a fat bank account. If I'm not, I'm a hustler. If I'm rich and lean, I'm either sick or stingy. If I'm hustling and fat, then I must be a spendthrift who is eating his profit”
So in all these are the categories of people who wants to analyze our bank account from the way we look(crazy), and people who love to monitor or body-shame us.
So, an average human is constantly moving up and down the aisle of people's scales and expectations. I think it is important to know how to deal with this as we interact with people daily.
1. Be Fly about Yourself.
Even the most kind hearted person cannot exchange their 'great' bodies with you. So what do you do when you cannot get a different body off the rack at the supermarket. Yeah, it is so human to see a height you love, a shape you covet or a gait and skin you can kill for. But relax. It's not yours.
And you are not about coming back to earth to pick a new coat. Cherish and take care of what you have.
Hail yourself, make jest of yourself before your mirror and pack it with a jig.

Rubber waist
And so on.
2. Know that your body is sufficient for you.
Everyone must know how to be content with what they have until they get what they want. Be content. And contentment is not the same thing as being opposed to improvement.
There's nothing you are made for that your body cannot do. NOTHING. If your body cannot do it with every training and discipline, then relax, you are not made for it.
Our body is an assignment and purpose packs. There is a close relationship between our call and our body form.
Don't kill yourself for a big butt. Your man is not a butt freak. If any man is a freak, he's not your man. The man who wants you lean isn't yours either. The man who wants you healthy is yours.
My height is what my kind of woman is looking for, if she needs a taller man, she should go and marry an Indian bamboo. What's my point? Your body is sufficient.
3. Attitude is Everything
Your attitude will be messed up if people fling their opinions into your life unchecked. The way you feel about your body is more important than how you actually look. Why? Because attitude changes things. Our attitude is the steering of our realities. Everything will feel the way we feel about it. Even when your body is not 'feeling great', feel great, why? your attitude moulds your body.
4. Establish a Fitness Goal and Stick to It.
You alone know what you want to achieve with your body, roll your sleeves and get to work. Thank others for their concern and get help. Read books and seek knowledge, everyone should needs information about their health and nutrition, shoot me an inbox if you need great books about your health and nutrition. Embrace a life of fitness, moderation and discipline. Our body is not a statue, it can change if we are conscious with our actions.
5. Focus on Your Other Compartments.
Right now, you are bothered so much that you've forgotten that you are not just a body. You have a spirit, and you have a soul!
Your spirit and soul is as important as your body. If not more. If anyone sees and/ values your pound of skin over your character and attitude. That person do not worth a grain of your time.
I'm not nice right now.
The sixth and the final point is.
6. Roll With Positive People
Everyone needs great vibe. You are not an exception. Positive people I say, not those who make you indulge in anything. Encouragers and those who will help you to keep the promises you made to yourself.
