On Friday evening, Madam T asked me curiously what people mean by the widespread lingo that is being passed around “No gree for anybody” and as I tried to explain to her, I got into some sort of transportation into the essence, meaning and interpretation of the lingo in ways I didn't prepare for. This time with relative to the spirit of the new year. I gave her a brief explanation and entered the living room to meditate on the clairvoyance that kept pouring into my spirit. And as usual, I wanted to pass it over and make this a personal instruction. Why shouldn't I? I am not a pastor of a church, I do not lead a spiritual or religious community. I only share weekly with a community of creatives and leaders on my substack platform. Until God reminded me that I am under the obligation to share with my community at the tribe via the breakthrough series. God’s spirit whispered that I must not rob my audience of the blessing of knowledge which is sensitive and time bound because of my insecurity. That is why you are reading this. It's the first time I’m doing this and I'm fully convinced that you will find it deeply insightful.
By deep knowing, I sense the presence of ‘No gree for anybody’ in the streets of our nation already. It has become a spirit. It's joining our conversation, hopping on buses, influencing the responses of staff, signing contracts, taking over the hearts of children, permeating all forms of human relationship and interactions.
It's also in the marketplace and industries. It's in deals. More than before people will attempt to outtalk and outmanoeuvre their colleagues, people will also cut corners and justify it openly. Things that people hide to do before will become a flex. There will be disagreement and conflict that is bordered on large appetite for allocation at scale.
There will be haste and impatience to make a gain, to expand, to blow, to arrive. People will forcefully take what belongs to others. Not that these things do not already exist, but it will become a fad.
Also there will be speed. Speed to convert resources to result in record time. Talents to businesses, experience to livelihood, Speed to collaborate. Talents will huddle together to build businesses and create inventions. People who have been left behind will catch up with significant speed. Abilities to do more will be released and it will be prompt. There will be the spirit of discernment and striving businesses will thrive. People's eyes and visions will open and they will exclaim, “but we've been here before '' Things will look tough but the earth will be fertile, the horizon will keep shifting to accommodate dreams and ideas will be birthed.
There will be demands on your gifts, talents and good thinking to produce results. New opportunities will emerge for you to prove yourself, don't blow it. These demands will come with an unbelievable sense of urgency of time. This is the season where those who have it( skills, capacity, experience, talents) will have the opportunity to use it.
So what should you do?
1. Be careful so you don't become the victim of marauders. Marauders of time, and resources. Be circumspect.
2. Exert yourself so that you can release all that's in you. Go all out, enrol for the training, meet those who are important to your next phase. Write and make your plans bold, develop a plan. Get accountability partners that will help you on your journey up. 2024 is a runner. It will scroll to the end of the calendar before you know it.
3. Be proactive so you can take advantage of the moment. It's a wind that will blow for a very short time. Between 6-7 months. More like 6 months and the year is gone. Change your view if it's difficult for you to see far and wide. Seek a new company. This is going to be difficult, and require sacrifices but that stretch is important for your speed.
Till you hear from me again, have a great week and breakthrough from within.

I am yet to use the slang or even convert it to content. I tend to understand that the deeper the words connected. The better it would be. Sometimes it is not about the words but about the clarity of the Lingo.
